My name is Jennifer Blaney, and I’m an integrative psychotherapist registered with the BACP. I offer a personalised approach that blends several evidence-based therapies to suit your individual needs. Session Fees
I offer both remote and in‑person sessions, so you can choose the format that feels most comfortable for you.
Remote session: £60
In‑person session: £70 (includes travel costs)
4‑Session Packages
Booking a package provides a gentle saving and helps you commit to your therapeutic journey with consistency and focus.
Remote package: £220 (£55 per session — saves £20 compared to single bookings)
In‑person package: £260 (£65 per session — saves £20 compared to single bookings)
Flexibility & Choice
Packages are designed to support continuity, but they’re also flexible. You can use your sessions at a pace that feels right for you, and rescheduling is always possible if life gets in the way. The aim is to make therapy accessible and sustainable, never pressured.
Payment
Payment is due before each session via bank transfer. You’ll receive payment details once your client contract is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Emergencies may be exempt from this policy at my discretion. For non-emergency changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a 50% late cancellation fee will apply.

You set the pace. Whether you want to dive right in or take it slowly, we’ll work together in a way that feels safe and comfortable.

If you decide not to continue, that’s completely okay. I can suggest other options or simply leave the door open for the future.
You may find yourself reflecting, noticing patterns, or trying out new tools. Some clients jot down thoughts or questions to bring to the next session—this is optional. I may also share worksheets or resources if helpful.
Everything we discuss is confidential, with a few legal exceptions (e.g., serious risk of harm). I’ll explain this clearly in our first session.
It varies. Some people attend for a few months, others for longer. We’ll check in regularly to make sure therapy is still supporting your goals.
They often overlap, but psychotherapy usually involves deeper exploration. I tailor our work to your unique needs, using a mix of approaches.
Yes. I’m a BACP-registered therapist with a Level 7 qualification in Integrative Psychotherapy, and I engage in ongoing professional development.
That’s completely okay. All emotions are welcome in therapy—tears, laughter, or anything in between.
You’re welcome to email or call for practical matters. For therapeutic support, I suggest writing thoughts down to bring to your next session.
No, I don’t provide crisis care. In an emergency, please contact 999, NHS 111, or the Samaritans at 116 123.
Yes. The in-person location is wheelchair accessible, and online or phone sessions are available for anyone who prefers or needs remote options.
